Subscription Plans and Service Agreement

Educational institutions subscribing to AulaPro’s services acknowledge having read and fully understood the terms of the service and the selected subscription plan. Institutions agree to be aware of the participation conditions and understand that the publication of information is contingent on the material the institution prepares for this purpose. AulaPro may offer additional support services for an extra fee, which will be proposed at the time such support services are required for publication.

AulaPro offers a platform for institutions to obtain unlimited leads as a result of showcasing their programs to the AulaPro.co audience. However, AulaPro, in its subscription service plans, is not obligated to deliver a specific number of leads to the institution. Similarly, the institution can use other CTA (Call To Action) options offered by AulaPro, such as links to the institution’s official website, specific program pages, or the contact center phone number. They can also choose a combination of these without AulaPro.co being obligated to produce a specific or minimum guaranteed number of clicks. Institutions are encouraged to work closely with AulaPro to develop backlink strategies in order to significantly strengthen and improve results, especially to optimize local positioning.

Additional Services

AulaPro offers various additional services not included in the subscription plan purchased by the institution. These services include support in publication and translation services (English to Spanish or Spanish to English). AulaPro will assess the institution’s needs to propose a tailored service package if such services are requested by the institution.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Institutions have the right to request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchasing a subscription plan. Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to AulaPro at [contact email].

Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
